The Analytics Tab has a rich set of visualizations and table data that can be used to track the progress of an engagement. The components of the Analytics tab include:

  • Session & Hours Info (Bar Charts): Four different bar charts break down the status of both group and 1:1 sessions, making it easy to see how things are going.

  • Session Ratings (Bar Chart): Check out a single bar chart that shows the average ratings from coachees for session feedback.

  • Engagement Ratings (Bar Chart): This chart aggregates all the engagement ratings from coachees, showing average responses to survey questions. Great for getting an overview of engagement feedback.

  • Engagement Progress (Table Data): Get a bird’s-eye view of your engagement with this table. It shows the status of all program items, along with scheduling and completion info.

  • Session Ratings (Table Data): This table records individual session ratings, keeping anonymous responses private. Plus, there’s a link to the Session Ratings Report for more detailed analysis.

  • Engagement Ratings (Table Data): Similar to session ratings, this table tracks individual engagement

Explore these features to get a clear and friendly overview of your coaching engagements. 🚀📈
