This release brings a number of improvements to the platform and spans different areas. There are changes happening within calendar connections for users who have not already upgraded. Also, some nice enhancements are coming to engagements starting with a new Analytics tab.
In This Release:
Analytics Tab Within Engagements
The view of an engagement is advancing to include a new tab called 'Analytics'. Previously the Settings tab contained various visualizations as well as information related to session and engagement ratings. Now as a clear form of separation, the Settings tab is focused on just that, settings. Meanwhile the Analytics tab will have a single focus as well, and can start to travel to new heights.
The Analytics tab has the following content:
Hours Info Pie Chart: The Hours Info pie chart shows the number of hours for the sessions within the engagement, broken down by status.
Sessions Info Bar Chart: This bar chart shows the count of sessions broken down by status.
Engagement Survey Rating: A Bar chart showing the responses to the Engagement Rating Survey. This survey is sent after the engagement is marked as complete.
Session Ratings: Shows a time series for each question in the Session Rating Survey, plotted in a time series. As responses come in they will be plotted on the time series. Anonymous sessions ratings will only appear in the Reports section of the platform.
Session Ratings Table: A table view of the individual session ratings with the session details, the individual ratings, and the feedback for the session. Anonymous sessions ratings will only appear in the Reports section of the platform.
Administrator Controls for the Analytics Tab
Now administrators have new controls to limit the exposure of the analytics data to the coach. For example, session rating information may be sensitive. A new toggle exists in the Settings that allows for Administrators to either enable or disable view access of the Analytics tab for both coaches and editors.
