The calendar integration & related workflows are stronger than they have ever been on the platform. That is due to upgrades that have happened over time to continuously improve the technology and expand the features.
This article specifically discusses the sunsetting of a version of the calendar integration technology called Nylas V2. Nylas is a technology partner that helps to integrate with external calendars for coaches. V2 of the integration has helped so many coaches stay organized and automate a lot of the scheduling work. However Nylas V2 is being retired on October, 15th 2024.
If you are on Nylas V2, action is required!
There is great news. A newer version was rolled out previously this year and excels in both performance and functionality. Coaches have adopted this and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Here are the Release Notes for Nylas V3.

Disconnect ALL calendar connections from your calendar settings page (https://app.coaching.com/settings/calendar)
With no calendars configured, under the 'Select Action' dropdown select 'Connect Calendar'. This will automatically start connecting calendars on Nylas v3.0.
Any additional connection will also be on Nylas v3.0
