Who Can See Shared and Individual Goals?
Shared Goals - When it comes to shared goals in a group coaching engagement, coachees, coach(es), admins, and stakeholders of the engagement will be able to view the shared goals.
Individual Goals - By default, the individual goal is visible to the coachee and engagement coach(es). That said, the goal creator can change the visibility to be visible to stakeholders and admins and IF an admin creates the goal - it’s visible to stakeholders, admins, engagement coach(es), and the coachee

Group & Team Coaching Goals: We've added some exciting new options to create and track goals in group and team coaching engagements. While individual goals have always been a part of the platform, we're now introducing shared goals that are visible to everyone involved!
Shared Goals: Imagine the magic of working towards goals that everyone in the group can see! Shared goals help with alignment, clarity, and collaboration. They offer all the great features of individual goals but bring everyone into the loop. Coaches and admins are the only ones who can create or edit these shared goals, and they can even gather feedback from external stakeholders.
Individual Goals: These are tailored just for one coachee. They can be shared with coaches, or with everyone in the engagement if desired. Combining individual and shared goals means your coachees get a perfect blend of personal focus and team synergy.

A coach can view all the goals within the engagement, from the big-picture shared goals to the individual goals. It’s like having a VIP pass to see the entire coaching journey!
Goals Overview: Simple and Fun!
Due Dates & Milestones: Set due dates and track individual milestones with their own deadlines. The progress tracker makes it easy to see the completion status right from the Goals page.
Themes: Apply themes to highlight key info, which will show up in the Themes report.
Feedback: Invite stakeholders to provide feedback, which can be used in coaching sessions or tracked over time.

Coachees will see the shared goals and their own individual goals. They won’t see other coachees' individual goals, keeping the focus on their personal progress! 🌟
