Click on âGroup Coachingâ and then hit âNextâ to proceed to the next step.
Step 2: The âSelect Your Cohortâ step is designed with a handy two-column layout. Hereâs how it works:
Two Columns, Two Steps: On the left side, youâll find a list of all available coachees. Simply select the ones you want to include in your group coaching. As you select them, theyâll appear in the right columnâthis is where youâll see whoâs in your group and keep everything organized.
Search and Find: Need to find a specific coachee quickly? No problem! Thereâs a search bar right above the left column. Just type in their name, and theyâll pop right up, making it super easy to find and select them.
With this setup, you can effortlessly manage and organize your coachees, ensuring everyoneâs in the right place for a fantastic group coaching experience
Step 3: Coach Selection - In the next step you will need to select the coach or coaches who will be part of this group coaching engagement.
Choose Your Coach(es): If your group coaching engagement involves multiple coaches, you can choose more than one. How cool is that?
Two-Column Layout: Just like with the coachees, the coach selection step features a neat two-column layout. On the left, youâll see a list of all available coaches. Simply click on the ones you want to include. As you select them, theyâll appear in the right column. This right column helps you keep track of which coaches are part of your group and keeps everything organized.
âšď¸ Important Note: If you are the admin and are selecting multiple coaches for the engagement, youâll be taking the reins on scheduling sessions. Hereâs why:
Scheduling Power: As admin, youâll handle all the session scheduling. This is crucial because each coach has their own individual calendar. To avoid chaos and ensure no coach accidentally overrides anotherâs schedule, youâll be the one managing all session scheduling.
Step 4: Selecting a template - In this step, youâll choose a template for your group coaching engagement. All the available group coaching templates will be displayed for you to browse and select. Each template is designed to help you structure your sessions effectively, so pick the one that best fits your coaching style and the needs of your group.
âStep 5: Select your theme library - In this step, you need to select the theme library youâll use for this engagement. Your theme library best suits the objectives (themes/topics) of your group coaching engagement.
Step 6: Click âCompleteâ and ta-daâyouâve just created your Group Coaching Engagement! To get things rolling, hit the âActivateâ button when youâre ready to launch your engagement and kick off the coaching adventure. Ready, set, go! đ
