How to Send an Invitation to a Client

  • From the Clients Page click Add Client.

  • Select Individual Client or Client Company.

  • For an Individual Client, enter their name and email. Before clicking Add, you will have a toggle on whether you’d like to send an invitation to the user or not. Make sure to turn the toggle ON if you want to extend an invitation to the user, then click Add.

  • For a Client Company, you will be asked to search for the client company name. If they exist on the platform, you will be able to choose them from the pre-populated list and add a point of contact.

  • For a new Client Company, you will be asked to enter the business name, name of the admin contact, and whether you’d like to send an invitation to the user. Please note that if you want to set up this company as an internal record you can click skip when entering the point of contact.

How to Send an Invitation to a Coach

  • From your Coaches page click Add Coach.

  • Select if your Coach is an Internal Coach or an Independent Coach.

  • Fill out the user’s information and if they are in the system they will show up. If they are not in the system your invite will show in their email account.

  • Click Add.

How to Send an Invitation to a Vendor

  • From your Vendors page click Create New.

  • Choose whether to add an Independent Coach or an External Vendor .

  • Fill out the Company’s name and Point of Contact. If they are in the system they will show up. If they are not in the system your invite will show in their email account.

How to Resend an Invitation to a Client, Coach, or Vendor

  • From either your Coach, Client, or Vendors tab select the three dots next to the user or Company account.

  • Click Resend Invitation.

Please Note: You can also go directly to the coach’s or vendor’s page and click the three vertical dots and click Resend Invitation as shown below.
