The data from coaching provides a treasure chest of information that can help to measure ROI, increase efficiency across operations, improve the quality of coaching, or simply bring insights to make the work smarter. Bringing this information to your fingertips 24/7 means that you can make the most of this information to improve the coaching, and help clients achieve their goals.

Coaching.com has reinvented what it means to be data-driven in coaching. A new Advanced Coaching Analytics & Insights platform provides beautiful access to the data that is core to the coaching experience.

The new dashboards and analytics were created with the following expected outcomes:

  • Modern Look & Feel: The user interface, the tables, and visualizations are designed to be stunning and intuitive.

  • Standard Dashboards: Pre-configured dashboards, that dive deep into the areas of the platform. These dashboards are rich in visualizations, provide complementary filtering, are embedded with many interactions to drill-down to data, or drill-through to other dashboards or pages.

  • Custom Dashboards: The underlying data of the Coaching.com platform is available to make any dashboard that you like. Combine engagement, session, coach, form submissions, and more into single reports that can serve your team and your clients.

  • Interactions: The analytics provides new ways for interacting with the data including in-place filtering, drill-down and drill-through linking to expose data or navigate to related pages, and analysis features.

  • Exporting and Scheduling: Export the reports into Powerpoint, Excel, and PDFs. Moreover the reports can be scheduled to send on a recurring basis.

All together the Coaching Analytics & Insights platform provides powerful access to data that can improve performance, guide decision-making, and provide a wealth of information to clients.

Dashboard & Data Source Structure

There are 10 standard dashboards, and unlimited custom dashboards. The standard dashboards are listed below, and represent the major reporting areas for the platform.

These dashboards are designed to have a structure that includes Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), includes actionable insights, along with related visualizations and metrics layered in sections for easy scanning.

Provides details of all engagements within the account, including insights on status, coachees and coaches, and activities within the engagements like sessions, ratings, and assignments.

Provides the command center for all activities related to sessions including scheduling, completions, and cancellations. Includes metrics around session themes, as well as session ratings.

Provides rich data around all of the coaches in your network including engagement activity, session activity, ratings, and themes.

Explore activities by coachees including session scheduling, ratings, assignments/tasks, session and goal themes.

Monitor trending goal themes while keeping track of goal-setting activity and completion across engagements.

Track assigned tasks, completion rates, and engagement with coaching activities.

Explore insights into coach matching status, interviews, selections, matching rates, and Off-Track engagements.

View overall participant feedback and sentiment across coaching engagements.

Access detailed ratings and trends for individual coaching sessions.

Customize and filter form data to track completion rates, submission patterns, and engagement across specific coaching forms.

Data Sources

Under the hood there are 15 different data sources. These data sources provide the wealth of data and populate the standard dashboards. The same data sources can be used to build simple, or even the most advanced, dashboards. Below is a list of the data sources and an overview of each.

Engagements

The Engagements data source has a row for every engagement in the account. It contains all of the engagement attributes, including the coach and coachee information.

Sessions

The Sessions data source has a row for every session in the account. It includes the engagement, sessions, coach and coachee attributes.

Coach Matching

The Coach Matching data source includes all of the coach matching activity, such as interviews and selections.

Coaches

The Coaches data source includes all of the coaches in your network and their attributes.

Coachees

The Coachees data source includes the coachees involved in your coaching practice.

Assignments

The Assignments data source has a row for every assignment in your account. It includes attributes about the assignments, engagement, coach and coachees for filtering.

Goals

The Goals data source has a row for every goal in your account, and provides the goal attributes along with attributes of the engagement, coach(es), coachee(s), and includes goal themes.

Goal Themes Summary

The Goal Themes Summary data source has 1 row for every theme in your theme library. The data source provides summary statistics on each.

Session Themes

The Session Themes Data source provides a row for every use of a theme when applied to sessions. Theme information is included along with attributes of the session, engagement, coach and coachee.

Engagement Ratings

The Engagement Ratings data source has a row for every engagement rating submission. The ratings for the different questions are included along with attributes of the engagement, coach and coachee.

Session Ratings

The Session Ratings data source has a row for every engagement rating submission. The ratings for the different questions are included along with attributes of the session, engagement, coach and coachee.

Form Submissions

The Form Submissions data source includes a row for every answer as a part of a form submission. Includes are all of the details about the form, the question, the answer, as well as relations to the engagement, coach and coachee.

Invoices

The Invoices data source provides all of the sent, recieved, and draft invoices that are within the account. Invoices have relationships with engagements coaches and coachees, and includes this information.
