1. What is the course schedule?
The 10‑month course runs from September 8, 2025 to June 22, 2026. Each monthly module includes:

  • 1.5‑hour Theory Session

  • 3‑hour Practicum & Group Supervision Session

  • 1‑hour Core Learning Session
    Plus a Reading Week each month (~3 hours self‑study)

2. What are the prerequisites for joining?
To enroll, you must have:

  • Significant experience coaching intact or leadership teams (beyond one-off workshops), with multiple teams under your belt.

  • A live case team to work with from the program start, secured by Module 2 (October 2025).

  • A prior certificate in systemic or global team coaching (STC Practitioner, GTCI Practitioner, AOEC/Renewal Associates diploma, or equivalent EMCC program)

3. Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it’s not a good fit — just contact support within that window.

5. Where can I access my materials after purchase?


Shortly after enrolling, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] with instructions and login details—check your inbox and spam folder.

6. Will there be video/audio recordings of the sessions?
Yes—all sessions will be recorded and available in the Learning Center within 48 hours, except Practicum sessions (due to technical constraints).

7. How much time do I need to build into my calendar?
Expect about 8.5 hours per month:

  • Week 1: 1.5 h Theory session

  • Week 2: ~3 h reading/self‑practice

  • Week 3: 3 h Practicum & Group Supervision

  • Week 4: 1 h Core Learning session

8. What are the graduation requirements?
To graduate, participants must:

  • Complete all asynchronous activities

  • Attend or watch 10/10 Theory and Core Learning sessions

  • Attend live at least 8/10 Practicum & Group Supervision sessions (one make-up allowed; missing 3+ requires joining the next cohort plus a US $500 fee)

  • Submit a Reflective Assignment and peer review

9. Do I need to do anything to uphold my designation?
Nope. Once awarded, the Senior Practitioner designation is permanent and does not require renewal.

10. Is the course accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)?
Yes. It offers up to 85 CCE units toward ACC/PCC/MCC credentials. Completion also counts toward the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), though additional fees may apply.

11. Is the course accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)?
Yes. It's EMCC‑accredited with 85 CPD hours, and graduates are eligible for EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) at the Senior Practitioner level (TCQA). Additional fees may apply.

12. Is the course accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)?
Yes. Graduates earn 85 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) upon completing the graduation requirements.
