GENERAL INFORMATION

What is the Neuroscience of Coaching course?

The Neuroscience of Coaching course was developed by Ann Betz, a speaker, trainer, coach, and expert on the intersection of neuroscience, coaching, human transformation, and relational trauma.

Ann designed this course with one thought in mind—to explore coaching fundamentals from a neuroscience perspective, so coaches can both understand why coaching is such a powerful medium for change and growth and explain it better to themselves as well as their clients.

As part of the course, you will:

  • Discover the power of coaching from a neuroscience perspective

  • Explore different parts of the brain and how each relates to basic coaching concepts

  • Build an understanding of how values and purpose can help clients regulate and manage their stress levels

  • Understand the power of reframing from a neuroscience lens

  • Leverage aspects of mindfulness in your coaching sessions

  • Learn how classic coaching tools create integration

This self-paced course takes around 8 hours to complete. It includes 6 modules, videos, 3 coaching tools with recorded demos, and exercises. You’ll also get permanent access to a community of peers and monthly Q&A sessions with Ann.
