What is the Facilitated Triad Practice?

In these 2-hour sessions, you’ll practice specific coaching skills in groups of three (coach, client, observer) with the support of a facilitator. This is your time to experiment, gain confidence, and receive real-time peer feedback.

What are the Core Learning and Observation Sessions?

Core Learning and Observation Sessions are live, interactive sessions led by certified ICF mentors, designed to support up to 10 participants. These sessions focus on:

  • Deepening your understanding of the ICF Core Competencies

  • Refining your coaching skills

  • Preparing you for certification

As part of the experience, participants actively coach one another, receiving real-time feedback and guidance. In addition to the group sessions, you’ll also receive 1:1 mentoring to support your individual growth and development as a coach.

What are the Group Mentoring Sessions?

These sessions are conducted in small groups (maximum of 10 participants). Facilitated by ICF-credentialed mentors, these 2-hour group sessions focus on:

  • Giving and receiving feedback

  • Exploring ethical dilemmas

They are essential for your development and ACC application.

What if I miss a required session?

While we highly encourage live attendance for all sessions, we understand things come up. Core Learning Sessions are recorded and can be watched on your own time.
