Overview
Clients are invited to the platform by administrators and coaches, they might be added as internal records, or even uploaded through the Bulk Import tool. Sometimes, the clients may be added to the wrong company. In these cases, platform administrators can easily course correct any mis-steps, or optimize how clients are organized.
Need to move your client coachee to a different organization? Here's how:
On the 3Dot menu next to client coachee records there is a new option to 'Move' (as seen below).
This option starts a new workflow that allows the administrator to move the client coachee from the client organization to either the administrator account, or to another client organization. This may be helpful when a mistake was made in adding a client coachee, or simply to reorganize.
Please note: This option is only available for Client Organizations that are an 'Internal record' state, or are in a 'Client approval needed' state. Client organizations that are in a connected state (with a client administrator) do not have the 3Dot menu item for the administrator.
Clicking on the 'Move' menu item for a client coachee will invoke the Move Dialog. There are currently two options which include:
Move Client Coachee to Administrator Account
Move Client Coachee to My Account is a workflow that can be used to move a coachee from a Client Organization directly into the the account of the administrator, so that the coachee will show up on the Employees page. Selecting the first option on the Move Dialog, advances the workflow to a confirmation screen that requires the administrator to type the word 'move' and then hit submit.
Details About Moving a Client Coachee to My Account
The status of the coachee will not change.
If they are internal record they will remain. If they are invited, they will still be invited and will be able to join via their existing invite, etc
The coachee will have the same access in terms of being able to login and access to engagements.
Engagements will not change state (including scheduled sessions and tasks).
Existing notifications and emails to the coachee will still function normally.
Coachee will now appear on the Employees page instead of under the client organization.
'Client Organization' within reports, will now appear as the administrator's
If the coachee also has administrative privledges before the move, such as the Reporting Only Administrator, they will lose those permissions.
Move Client Coachee to Another Client Organization
Move Client Coachee to Another Client Organization is tool that allows for coachees to be moved from one client organization to another. After invoking the move dialog, selecting 'Client Organization' will advance the workflow to allow for selecting the destination client organization.
