The Forms Submissions Dashboard is here as an example to show that the forms/survey response information is available within the reporting analytics. This dashboard is not that useful on its own, except to expose the data to spark some ideas. With custom dashboards you can build brilliant visualizations around form response. Both the Engagement Ratings Dashboard and Session Ratings Dashboard are perfect examples of creating very intuitive and useful visualizations based on form response. Engagement and Session Rating surveys are based on the same Forms system.

Since there are so many surveys, question types, etc, its not possible to build one dashboard that has everything you need. Instead the Forms Dashboard is meant to be a starting point to learn about the data and the attributes.
