Session Ratings Dashboard

Overview

The Session Ratings Dashboard is the place to find out that status of session ratings that are happening now, as well as view trends. This dashboard provides actionable insights around the 4 standard session servey questions that include:

  • How satisfied were you with the coaching session?

  • How satisfied were you with the coach?

  • How quickly can you put what you learned in the engagement into practice?

  • How likely are you to recommend this coach to a friend/colleague?

You can also use the power filtering to segment the data and track down where both your highest ratings as well as lowest ratings are coming from.


Dashboard Filters

At the top of the dashboard, filters are initially hidden from view. There is a 'Show Filters' option on the top right that will expand to show all available filters.

Expanded Filters

Filters on the Session Ratings Dashboard are plentiful and include rating, engagement, coachee, and coach attributes.

Filter options include:

  • Rating Submitted Date

  • Engagement Created Date

  • Engagement Started Date

  • Engagement End Date

  • Engagement Type

  • Engagement On/Off Track

  • Engagement Off Track Since Date

  • Engagement Name

  • Engagement Template

  • Coach Name

  • Coaching Company

  • Coach Gender

  • Coach Department

  • Coach Business Unit

  • Coach Location

  • Coachee Name

  • Client Organization

  • Coachee Leader Leve

  • Coachee Departement

  • Coachee Business Unit

  • Coachee Location


Tabular Data

Aside from all of the visualizations and metrics, the Session Ratings Dashboard also contains the tabular data with all of the ratings and the associated attributes.


Export

On the top right of the dashboard is a 3-Dot menu that allows for easy export to various formats including to image, Powerpoint, PDF, and Excel.

The export dialog allows for further customization. The following shows the export to image which has annotation as well as copy to clipboard capabilitiles.
