Engagements Dashboard

Overview

The Engagements Dashboard provides powerful visibility into engagement and related activities that are happening across the platform. Engagements are where a lot of activities for coachees and coaches begin and end. Therefore this dashboard provides very specific information on engagement attributes like activations, completions, coach matching metrics, and insights around progress tracking (On/Off Track). But also, the dashboard includes sections related to engagement ratings, assignment completions, and themes. There is also very detailed tabular data at the bottom of the dashboard that includes any custom fields and can be exported.


Dashboard Filters

At the top of the dashboard, filters are initially hidden from view. There is a 'Show Filters' option on the top right that will expand to show all available filters.

Expanded Filters

There is a wide array of filters available on the Engagements Dashboard that span from engagement attributes likes status and On/Off Track, to coachee, and coach filters.

Filter options include:

  • Engagement Created Date

  • Engagement Started Date

  • Engagement End Date

  • Engagement Status

  • Engagement Type

  • Engagement On/Off Track

  • Engagement Off Track Since Date

  • Engagement Template

  • Coach Name

  • Coaching Company

  • Coach Gender

  • Coach Department

  • Coach Business Unit

  • Coach Location

  • Coachee Name

  • Client Organization

  • Coachee Leader Level

  • Coachee Department

  • Coachee Business Unit

  • Coachee Location


Tabular Data

Aside from all of the visualizations and metrics, the Engagements Dashboard also contains the tabular data with all of the engagement attributes.


Export

On the top right of the dashboard is a 3-Dot menu that allows for easy export to various formats including to image, Powerpoint, PDF, and Excel.

The export dialog allows for further customization including page layout such as landscape or portrait, and allows for annotations before export.
