Sessions Dashboard

Overview

The Sessions Dashboard is the control center for all things sessions. On this dashboard you will find detailed visualizations around engagement status including scheduled sessions, completed, and cancelled sessions. You will find distributions of session modalities, durations, and meeting locations. Also included in this dashboard is information regarding session ratings and session themes.


Dashboard Filters

At the top of the dashboard, filters are initially hidden from view. There is a 'Show Filters' option on the top right that will expand to show all available filters.

Expanded Filters

The Sessions Dashboard includes a full set of filters allowing you to drill down into different engagements, dates, coachees, or coaches.

Filter options include:

  • Session Completed Date or Cancelled Date

  • Session Scheduled Date

  • Session Status

  • Session Modality

  • Session Duration

  • Session Type

  • Engagement Created Date

  • Engagement Started Date

  • Engagement End Date

  • Engagement Status

  • Engagement Type

  • Engagement On/Off Track

  • Engagement Off-Track Since Date

  • Engagement Template

  • Coach Name

  • Coaching Company

  • Coach Gender

  • Coach Department

  • Coach Business Unit

  • Coach Location

  • Coachee Name

  • Client Organization

  • Coachee Leader Level

  • Coachee Department

  • Coachee Business Unit

  • Coachee Location

Tabular Data

The Sessions Dashboard contains tabular data with all of the session attributes. This information can be easily exported for consumption offline.


Export

On the top right of the dashboard is a 3-Dot menu that allows for easy export to various formats including to image, Powerpoint, PDF, and Excel.

The export dialog allows for further customization including page layout such as landscape or portrait, and allows for annotations before export. The image below shows the export dialog for Excel. With this option you can select with charts & tables to include in the export.
