Send direct messages to users. Coaching.com offers messaging to individual users and groups! Messages can be sent to internal users and engagement participants from other companies. Choose between sending a private individual message or sending a group message to multiple people.
Chat from the Messaging Center
Click on the Chat icon and then Open Messaging Center.
Click New Message and then select the person or people you would like to chat with.
If you are sending a group chat you can give the chat a title and a description.
Type in your message and click the Send icon.
Users will be notified via their email and app that you sent them a message.
Start a Chat from an Engagement
From your Engagements page select an Engagement or create a new one.
Click on Message next to the coach or coachee’s name.
Begin typing your message when the window pops up.
Helpful tip: Add employees by clicking Settings > Employees. Adding employees enables them to be included in message feeds.
