Overview and Background

Coaching.com has historically had multiple tenants, and one of those tenants was set up for certain customers in the U.K. (https://uk.coachlogix.com). The services within this tenant are being upgraded to join the standard set of services at Coaching.com. U.K. clients will be able to take advantage of improved infrastructure, streamlined customer success workflows, additional services, and a mobile application that is available in Android and iOS.

Timing for the Upgrade

Services for the U.K. tenant are being upgraded on Sunday August 27th, 2023. This is the day before the Summer Bank Holiday, which is a public holiday in England.

Starting in the evening of Sunday August 28th the Coaching.com tenants will be unavailable due to site maintenance. The site maintenance is expected to take ~6 hours and will be between the hours of 6:00 pm (GMT +1) to 12:00 am (GMT +1).

What to Expect During the Upgrade

While under site maintenance, Clients, Coaches, and Administrators will not have access to the platform and will see a screen similar to the following during that time:

When the site maintenance is complete the platform will be available for logging in once again.

What to Expect After the Upgrade

After the migration is complete, the services will be available again for platform users. When logging into the U.K. tenant for the first time after the upgrade, users will be asked to change their password. This is required to join the upgraded tenant.

After setting a new password, users will be directed to their new portal on https://app.coaching.com.

Subsequently, for future access, users can begin to login into https://app.coaching.com. If https://uk.coachlogix.com is bookmarked, referenced by emails, or used to login that will continue to work as well. Logging into either place will result in the same outcome, the user will be logged into the proper tenant.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I login after upgrade?

You should continue to use https://uk.coachlogix.com, just as you have done in the past. Do business as usual. After setting your new password you will be able to log in to either https://uk.coachlogix.com or https://app.coaching.com going forward.

Will anything happen to my account, or my data with the upgrade?

No, your account, engagements, notes, goals, etc. will all remain in tact. The only thing that will change is potentially your password, as you will be required to change it when logging in for the first time after the upgrade.

I have sessions that are already on the calendar, will they still be scheduled?

Yes, there are no changes to your engagement, or the sessions that have been scheduled. You will be able to join those sessions just as you have in the past.

I have emails that have links to go to https://uk.coachlogix.com, will these still work?

Yes, you can simply follow those things, and they will allow you to login to your account to see the details. After the upgrade you will start to receive emails that have links that go to https://app.coaching.com. This will work as well. Simply follow the links, and login.

I signed up for a new account on https://app.coaching.com, and now I am having trouble finding my information and the account that I am used to. What do I do?

With this upgrade you do not need to sign up for a new account. In order to properly upgrade your account you should visit https://uk.coachlogix.com to login and set your new password. If you have signed up for a NEW account on Coaching.com you may need to contact the customer care team to help you with this issue. Simply send an email to [email protected] with the details.
