This release brings greater control and clarity to how you manage coaching programs and track engagement progress. Coaches and admins gain new tools for structuring the coachee experience, a cleaner way to handle engagements that don't reach completion, and an upgraded reporting experience that is now the default for all users.
In This Release:
Hide & Automate Program Item Visibility
Coaches and admins can now control exactly when program items become visible to coachees. Items can be hidden until specific conditions are met, or set to reveal automatically based on triggers such as session completion, elapsed time, or program sequence.
This gives coaches greater flexibility in structuring a coachee's journey — delivering the right content at the right moment, rather than presenting everything at once. Whether you're building a structured leadership program or a self-paced development track, this feature helps create a more intentional and focused coachee experience.
New Incomplete Engagement Status
A new Incomplete engagement status is now available, giving admins a more accurate way to reflect the full lifecycle of an engagement.
Previously, engagements could only be marked as Active, Inactive, or Completed — leaving no clear way to distinguish an engagement that ended prematurely from one that ran its full course. The new Incomplete status fills that gap.
When an engagement is marked Incomplete, it becomes read-only for all participants. Coaches and coachees will see a status indicator at the top of the engagement, and the coachee's dashboard engagement card will display the Incomplete status alongside the date it was applied. This change also improves the accuracy of engagement reporting across the platform.
Upgraded Reporting Experience
Coaching Analytics & Insights is now the default landing page when accessing Reports from the navigation. This reflects our continued investment in a modern, more powerful reporting experience for coaches, admins, and program managers.
When you navigate to Reports, you will see a one-time notification letting you know about this change:
"We have upgraded your reporting experience. Coaching Analytics and Insights is now the default landing page for reporting. If you are still using Legacy reporting, it is accessible as a link until July 8th, 2026."
Legacy Reports remain accessible via a clearly labeled link on the Analytics & Insights page. If you navigate to Legacy Reports, a persistent banner will remind you that Legacy reporting will be retired on July 8th, 2026, and prompt you to transition to Coaching Analytics & Insights going forward.
