Deleting your Account

If you would like to delete your account there are a few steps that need to take place, deleting your account will happen internally and may take a business day to complete.

  • You’ll start on your ‘Dashboard’ and in the top right corner click on the ‘Question Mark’ icon, then click on the ‘Support Portal’ option

  • Next, scroll down to the bottom of the Help Portal and select ‘Contact Support’

  • This will take you to a form where you can fill out your information and inform us that you would like to delete your account

  • Please fill out the entire form, as this information will help us to delete your account without delay

  • When providing your email, please use the email associated with your account

  • ** Please note, this will be a permanent action and once your account is deleted we will not be able to restore it
