Overview

Coaching.com and its related services are served over the web via Port 443, and in the case of video and chat via web sockets. Some customers or clients may have security requirements that are restrictive in nature, only allowing access to approved websites or services. In these cases, whitelisting hosts or IP addresses may be required.

Similarly, email services may restrict emails from unknown domains, and may block the delivery of mail or place the mail in SPAM folders. In these cases, domains can be

whitelisted so that delivery is not disrupted.

This document provides the details required for whitelisting the Coaching.com platform and the related services.

Coaching.com

Coaching.com is served via a content delivery network (CDN) and via APIs. Due to the nature of the infrastructure, it is not possible to identify all IP addresses that

will be used. The IP address range of the API is listed below.

Dyte (RealtimeKit)

Dyte is used for chat and video conferencing within the application. Coaching.com

integrates with Dyte using RealtimeKit (RTK) powered by Cloudflare for global

connectivity and performance optimization.

The following domains and IP ranges should be whitelisted to ensure full functionality

of video conferencing and related features. You can test compatibility here.

Email Delivery

Emails from Coaching.com may come from automated notifications on the platform, via correspondence with our Customer Success team, or via marketing of new features and/or events related to coaching. Messages from Coaching.com will be sent from the following email addresses:
