Navigating the Coaching.com Dashboard
Your Coaching Enablement Platform. Here's where you access everything you need for your account. You can access this directly from app.coaching.com once you have logged-in.

To start setting up your software account, click on the second box labeled 'Coaching Management Software.' This will guide you through accessing essential tools for managing your coaching practice.

To access the Quick Set-Up Guide, simply click on the "Help" icon and select "Quick Set-up Guide"
General Settings

Personalize your account to ensure a smooth coaching experience:Platform Language: Select the language you’re most comfortable with.
Timezone: Update your timezone so session schedules display correctly.
Availability for New Clients: Turn this on or off depending on your current capacity.
Company Settings
Add or update your company details to ensure communication and branding align with your practice:Company Name: Add your business name for a professional touch.
Email Address: Specify the email address you’d like communications to be sent from.

Your profile is the first impression potential clients will have of you—make it count! ✨
Upload a Photo
Add a professional photo to increase personability and strengthen your brand. Clients love connecting with real people, and a great photo goes a long way!

Profile Blurb
This is your chance to give potential clients a glimpse into who you are and what you offer. Write a short, compelling bio that highlights your expertise, coaching style, and what makes you unique.💡 Tip: Think of this as your "elevator pitch." Keep it concise but impactful.
Once you’ve made your changes, click on "Next Step" to continue setting up your account.
Connect Calendar
Connect Calendars
This section will walk you through connecting your calendar, setting your availability, and managing default locations for effortless scheduling.
You can connect and sync your preferred calendar by clicking "Select Action". We currently support the following technologies: Google, Microsoft, and Outlook. Set your working hours to define your availability for client bookings.

Default Locations
Set up your preferred locations for coaching sessions and interviews. Manage your locations and set a default location for Coach Matching Interviews and 1:1 Sessions.
💡 Tip: Having default locations pre-set saves time and ensures clarity for your clients.
