Coaches can now embed Hogan Assessments directly into coaching programs on Coaching.com, enabling a seamless assessment + coaching workflow. Coachees take the assessments without needing a separate login, while coaches access and share results directly within their engagements. By combining Hogan’s scientifically validated insights with the Coaching.com workflow, you can bring greater depth, structure, and data-driven development to every client conversation.
