Overview
With the roll out of Coaching Analytics & Insights, there are new benefits to coaches who are part of coaching organizations. A new Session Dashboard is now available that provides them with a view of all of their activities.
Dashboard Overview
This new dashboard is specifically for coaches who are part of business or enterprise account. The dashboard appears as a new menu item in the left-hand navigation.
The Coach Session Dashboard has an array of metrics, visualizations, and tabular data that coaches can use for tracking and insights. The dashboard has an information architecture that goes from macro to micro. For example, coaches can look at completed sessions across a years time, but then can also visually see completions over the last 30 days. The dashboard also showcases session cancellations in the same way, and also breaks down the cancellation reasons.
Session topics are also highlighted in the dashboard, and illustrate where conversations are happening. Lastly, there is the tabular data for all of the completed and cancelled session data.
Navigating the Coach Session Dashboard
There are a lot of out-of-the-box tools and controls within the dashboard that can help with diving deeper into the data. First, there are a set of filters along the top. The filters include engagement attributes, session details, or even attributes about the coachee or client organization. These filters can be used to slice and dice the data, and the visualizations will reflect the filtered data.
Aside from filtering, each chart has additional controls to copy the image or export to different formats (as seen below).
