To manage your subscription, please log in to your admin account.
From the left side navigation bar, click on Company Settings
Click on Subscriptions
View Business Plan
This option will display different subscriptions plan to either upgrade or downgrade.
Show Coaches Using Seats
This option will display active coaches who are using a seat and how many active engagements they have assigned to them.
Manage Seats
This option is used to manage coach seats. You may add or deduct seats at any time.
Manage Subscription
The manage subscription option will allow you to view your account information, manage billing and shipping addresses, payment methods, and all billing history. Billing history will show all past payments and download all past invoices.
