Invite Your Vendors to Connect
If you are a business account that contracts coaching services (coaching companies or independent coaches) you can use the bulk upload feature to upload all of your vendors with ease.
Please find a video walkthrough below, along with step-by-step instructions:
From your Vendors page, click Create New.
Select the type of vendor: Admins can choose from an independent coach or a vendor company by clicking the “Create New” button and selecting “Upload CSV File”.
Each option will have a downloadable .CSV template that can be used to bulk upload your vendors. (Please note that independent coaches and individual clients must be uploaded on separate .CSV files.
Independent Coaches
To bulk upload your independent coaches the first step is to download the template by clicking the “Download CSV Template” button. Next, you will need to fill out all of the columns on the template, you can not leave any blank.
Please note: The send_invite column will require a binary input. If you would like us to send and invite you will need to enter 1, if you would not like an invite to be sent you should enter 0.
Vendor Company
To bulk upload your vendor companies the first step is to download the template by clicking the “Download CSV Template” button. Next you will need to fill out the columns on the template, adding a contact email is optional.
Please note: The send_invite column will require a binary input. If you would like us to send and invite you will need to enter 1, if you would not like an invite to be sent you should enter 0.
Uploading Template
Now that your templates are completed you will need to upload them. You can do this by clicking the “Create New” button on the Vendors tab and selecting “Upload CSV File”. You will then click on the type of vendor you are uploading, and use the file picker, or drag and drop your template into the space.
Please note: You will need to repeat this process if you are uploading multiple templates.
Congratulations! You should now have your vendors uploaded!
