Welcome to the WBECS 2023 Troubleshooting and FAQ's Guide.

In this resource, we aim to address common concerns and provide solutions to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. Whether you need assistance with accessing your registered sessions, obtaining your CCEU certificate, finding your IM registration link, resolving verification code issues, or accessing recordings, we've got you covered. Read on to find detailed instructions and helpful tips to navigate these areas successfully.

How can I see the sessions I’m registered for?

➡️ Click on the ‘My Sessions’ button.

This will show you all sessions you have registered for and you’ll be able to add them to your calendar and access your join links.

How can I access my CCEU certificate?

There will be a certificate generator right in your member area under Certificates - https://coaching.com/summit/certificates/ - this should be ready just after July 1.

How can I find my Coaching Mastery Session (Implementation Mastery) registration link?

➡️ Sign in to WBECS Members Area

➡️ Hover your mouse over the IM “Sessions” tab

➡️ Click on “IM Registrations”, and then click on "My IM Sessions" in the new window that appears.

➡️ This will show you all of the IM Sessions they are registered for, including the Zoom/Join Link.

Alternatively, coaches who add the IM session to their calendar will also be able to access the session link directly from their calendar.

My verification code is not working

It is possible that the codes that you were using were invalid or expired thus they won't work. We recommend:

  • clearing the cache & cookies,

  • losing all of the open windows on your browser

  • deleting all of the email verifications you've received from us

  • try to login in using another device or incognito window

I’m not getting a verification code

Giving you a few possible scenarios as to why your pin didn't get to you.

➡️ Sometimes these emails end up in the spam / junk boxes so I recommend checking those out too.

➡️ Sometimes the email can be delayed up to 5-10 minutes depends on your Email Server Provider setup. If not delayed

➡️ It is also possible that the codes that you were using were invalid or expired thus they won't work.

We recommend:

  • checking your spam and junk folders

  • clearing the cache & cookies

  • losing all of the open windows on your browser

  • deleting all of the email verifications you've received from us

  • try to login in using another device or incognito window

  • also, make sure you (or your ESP) have no filter setup to delete/avoid emails from [email protected] or 147.253.218.212

How can I access recordings?

Each week during the Pre-Summit we shall make all of that week’s recordings available for 72 hours for all Pre Summit Attendees from Friday - Monday morning. All recordings will be available here, just click the “play” button: https://coaching.com/summit/registration/
