International Coach Federation (ICF) - Chapter Marketplace
There are benefits to ICF chapters to leverage the power of the Marketplace on Coaching.com and the same is true for Coaching.com to work with the many ICF chapters to help promote their value and skill to prospective clients. There is a need to have a versatile and user-friendly directory of coaches that represent a powerful set of accredited coaches in a geographic area based on the ICF Chapters. And at the same time, it is important to be able to promote the coaches and be able to connect them with new clients. The Marketplace on Coaching.com now makes it easy for ICF chapters to come together in a directory, and allows for the coaches to showcase their profiles, and also sell package online to clients.
New Chapter Designation for ICF Members
ICF offers 3 accreditation levels. Associated Certified Coach (ACC) is the first level of accreditation delivered by the ICF. Professional Certified Coach (PCC) is the second level of accreditation delivered by the ICF and is seen as the “golden” standard because it shows a strong dedication to professional learning and development, and a consistent practice of coaching. Master Certified Coach (MCC) is the third and last level of ICF accreditation. These accreditation levels are available from the Credential portion of a coach profile.
Whats new is the ability to set the associated ICF Chapter.
Selecting the ICF Chapter
A new dropdown is available after selecting the ICF accreditation. ICF has chapters around the world. The dropdown is ordered by name, but also has a search capability for easy selection.
IC Marketplace
Coaches who have published their profile Marketplace, and are also an accredited member of ICF, will now appear on the ICF Marketplace (https://www.coaching.com/marketplace/icf):
On the top right off the page is a button that opens a dialog to show links to each chapter (Shown Below). A search within the dialog allows for easy finding of a specific chapter.
Selecting a chapter will navigate the browser to the chapter-specific page. If coaches do not have the chapter set on the credentials within their profile, then they will not appear within a specific chapter page. Below is an example of a chapter page for ICF Orange County, in California. (https://www.coaching.com/marketplace/icf/icf-orange-county-california)
Chapters can leverage these directories for their own promotion.
