Getting started is easy!

Please find a video walkthrough below, along with step-by-step instructions:

First, navigate to your Marketplace Settings from the main landing page. Once here you can manage your marketplace settings and set up your profile and manage your coaching packages.

You can reserve a custom URL that way you can be easily found in the marketplace by current and potential clients. Next, you can create your profile by following the checklist listed on this page. Please keep in mind that this checklist may have different requirements based on your account type.

As you click on each item you can finish each task on the right-hand side of the page. Once the checklist is complete you can click on publish profile to set your profile to live on the marketplace.

Note: Make sure to connect a Stripe account to collect payment from purchased packages. This is required to publish packages on the marketplace.

Marketplace Navigation

For independent coaches and coaching companies who are active with a marketplace list, the navigation for Marketplace is now more simple. All of the destinations related to Marketplace are available in the top menu.

A description of the menu items is found below:

Marketplace Offerings

The marketplace is expanding to showcase more offerings from Coaching.com and its partners. There are 4 categories of content that will be displayed based on a user's role. The 4 categories include Independent Coaches, Coaching Companies, Programs & Events, and Assessments.

Note: This is not viewable to Client Administrators who have been invited to the platform.

  • Coaching Companies - showcases Vendors on the platform who have published their business marketplace profile.

Note: This is not viewable to Client Administrators who have been invited to the platform.

  • Programs & Events - This is a new section that lists popular and upcoming coaching programs and coaching events. This includes the Coaching.com Summit as well as partnerships with some of the best in the industry.

  • Assessments - shows different opportunities for coaches, vendors, or client administrators to leverage self-assessments and 360 assessments in their practice
