What is Engagement Capacity?
Engagement capacity refers to the maximum number of engagements a coach can manage at any given time. By default, your engagement capacity is set to ‘0’ within your personal settings which means that you can have unlimited engagements. However, if you want to update the engagement capacity to set a certain number of engagements you can work with at any given time you can do so by following the steps in the next section.
How to Adjust Your Engagement Capacity in Coaching.com
Coaching.com provides a user-friendly platform for managing various aspects of your coaching practice, including your engagement capacity. Here’s a step-by-step guide to adjusting your capacity in your Coaching.com account:
1.Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your Coaching.com account with your credentials.
2. Access Personal Settings: Navigate to the personal settings section of your account. This is found under your settings on the left-hand-side navigation bar or settings wheel icon next to your profile picture when you are logged in. Once you are in your settings section, click on ‘personal settings’
3. Locate Engagement Capacity Settings: Within your personal settings, look for the section specifically related to engagement capacity or session management. Which is located on the right side of the personal settings screen
4. Adjust Your Capacity: By default, the engagement capacity is at ‘0’ (unlimited engagements). To change your engagement capacity click on the ‘pencil icon’ to edit and enter your desired number based on your current availability and workload.
5. Save Changes: After adjusting your capacity, ensure that you save the changes to update your profile settings.
