You may choose to use as an internal management system. This means that you may add your employees and clients as internal records and track their data for your-eyes-only! Once your account is activated you may start using the app as an internal management system.

Add Internal Record Employees

From your activated account you may add employees to your company account. This can be done from your company settings page.

  • From the Company Settings page click Employees.

  • Click Add Employee and fill out the Employee's information.

  • Do not click "Send Invite."

  • Click Add.

This will not notify the employee that you have added them to the system, instead, they are added to the account as an internal record.

If your employee is a coach you may also add them from the Coach page in your account > Add Coach.

Add Internal Record Clients

From your activated account you may add internal record clients. This can be done from the company's page

  • Click on the Client Icon

  • Choose the Coachee's Tab

  • Click Add Coachee and fill out the Coachee's information.

Add Coachees to Internal Record Companies

In addition to adding an internal record company, you may also add internal record employees to the company as well.

  • Navigate to the Company’s page.

  • Select the Coachees tab.

  • Click Add Coachee.

  • Fill out the Coachee’s information and click add.


You may create an engagement for an internal employee of your company or you may create an engagement with an internal record coachee of your internal record company.

You may track your internal record of employee’s engagements. This will create an internal record of the engagement for your eyes only.

  • From the Engagements page, click Create Engagement.

  • Select a Coachee and a Coach.

  • Select an optional Program Template or click Create.

  • When you are ready to start, click Start Engagement.

This will start the engagement but will not notify your employees. You may choose to send notifications to your employees from each program item's notification bell. As you complete engagement items you will be generating data for your reports.

Create an Engagement with an Internal Record Company Coachee

Once you have added clients to the internal record company you may begin creating engagements with them.

  • From the Internal Record Company page, click the Engagements tab.

  • From the Engagements tab click Create Engagement.

  • Select the Coachee you added as an internal record and a Coach.

  • Select an optional Program Template or click Create.

  • When you are ready to start, click Start Engagement.

Helpful Tip: You may also add a new internal record coachee, from the add coachee screen, when you are creating a new engagement. When you reach the invite screen enter the coachee’s name and do not click send invite.

Sharing of Data

A Vendor Company can have an Internal Record Company with a coachee and an engagement. The vendor company can decide to invite the internal record company to become active and connect. The data created after this connection will show in the new client company account. Up until that connection request is sent the data is private for the vendor’s eyes only.


You may view engagement reports individually or you can view global company reports.

  • From inside an Engagement click the download icon to download it's Engagement Summary.

  • From the reports page, you may choose which report to generate from the dropdown menu. Click the download icon to download each report.

Update your subscription to unlock more features in your account.

  • From your Company Setting page click on Subscriptions.

  • Click View Business Plans.

  • Toggle between Monthly and Annual plans in the lower left corner.

  • Select a plan and the preferred payment method.

Please Note: If you are purchasing a Business Plan, you can add seats for active coaches now or as needed. Seats are only required for coaches with active, in-progress coaching engagements. If seats are added to an annual plan, payment will be prorated.

Easily add or remove seats by clicking Manage Seats in the lower right corner of the seats panel.

  • To cancel the plan, simply click View Plans and select the Free plan. Admins will still have access to their accounts but will not be charged again.
