Setting Up In-App Video
Add details to your session so that the attendees have the information they need before the scheduled date.
- From your Engagements page, select an engagement or create a new one.
- Choose a Session item, in the Details section, select a location. A modal window will pop up and you will have the option to choose In-App Video.
- After you have set the meeting location of the session for In-App Video, you may schedule your session normally.
Accessing In-App Video
To access the in-app video function, you must first schedule your session. The in-app video function will not be available to use until 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your session.
Within 15 minutes of your scheduled session, you may navigate to your engagement dashboard and you will be able to join your session via in-app video.
Once you select Start Session, you will be taken to a new screen where you may enable your audio, video, and also select the cog wheel icon (on the top right) to adjust your video and microphone settings.
Once you have you adjusted your settings, you may click on start session to begin the video conference. Until the other party joins the video conference, you will be taken to a waiting room.
