Scheduling Just Got Easier! In this release is a new Scheduling Link feature, designed to revolutionize how coaches and coachees connect! This exciting update streamlines the scheduling process, making it more flexible and convenient than ever before.

With the Scheduling Link, coaches can now send a unique link directly to coachees (or scheduling assistants) via email or from within the platform. Coachees can then effortlessly view coach availability and book a session without needing to log in.

This new feature is exclusively for 1:1 sessions and is enabled at the Global Settings level in Company Settings. Once enabled, a "Scheduling Link" button appears next to the "Schedule" button on the session view, allowing coaches and administrators to easily copy or send the link. Coachees receive a branded email with session details and a "Schedule Session" button that launches a streamlined scheduling workflow, displaying coach availability for the specific session.

The new Scheduling Assistant feature simplifies session bookings for coachees and their assistants. This highly requested feature allows designated assistants to manage scheduling, reducing friction and improving engagement.

Adding an assistant is flexible and intuitive: coachees can grant access through Personal Settings, administrators can utilize the Employee Information dialog, or a direct request can be sent to the coachee for approval. Once an assistant is linked, coaches and administrators gain effortless communication channels via email or the platform's Scheduling Link feature, allowing for direct and efficient booking by the assistant.

The new "Replace a Coach" feature removes the friction in how organizations manage coaching transitions, making a once-complex process seamless and efficient. This powerful tool eliminates the need to create entirely new engagements when a coach change is required, preventing client disruption and saving significant administrative effort. The Replace a Coach workflow starts with a simple click on the coach's avatar to initiate replacement process. The system handles the intricacies, from returning scheduled sessions to an unscheduled status to ensuring the new coach has immediate access to relevant engagement details.
